I got to photograph an engagement session of a couple who have become some of my closest friends in Tampa. Our path started like a majority of my friendships, wedding photography. We met via our mutual friends over at Fancy Free, grabbed a coffee and hit it off.
Jared is a Navy vet who has has started his own small business here in Tampa helping AirBNB hosts manage their listings and maximize profits and Olivia is his right hand to that business.

When I say that my clients become my friends, I truly mean we become friends. I go drinking with these two, I have dinners with these two and we go to the dog park almost every single morning. Granted these rad people live so close to me that this is possible but I genuinely care to become friends with all my brides and grooms that book or don’t book me, it’s just who I am.
In the perfect scenario this type of relationship is what I wish to have with all my clients but the reality of it is that not all of my clients live where I reside. That doesn’t stop me from caring and loving each one just as much. I want to make sure that at the end of the day, you are not just hiring another vendor for your big day, you’re building a friendship with someone who will genuinely be there to celebrate the two of you and with you.
